Madison Maze

LPC

Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She is passionate about providing compassionate and competent care to people from all walks of life, but she has a special passion for supporting adolescents and young adults through all of the changes and instability that those transitional years can bring. She believes that counseling is a deeply collaborative process where a professional’s expertise is only as useful as the therapeutic relationship is strong, andoffers an eclectic approach that flexes to fit client needs. This includes cognitive and behavioral strategies, acceptance and commitment therapy, and spiritual approaches as desired. Ultimately, Madison believes that great healing can take place through the counseling relationship as two people work together to process, learn and grow.

In her free time, Madison volunteers as a YoungLife leader; through this ministry she mentors high school students, teaches the Bible, and seeks to introduce people to Jesus. She and her husband serve in the childrens’ ministry at their church. She loves to watch soccer, run, bake, and read.
